The Drone Stock You’ve Never Heard Of

Good morning folks - 

Monday was muted. 

The drone stocks digesting last week’s gains. 

Here’s the Rex pure-play drone ETF $DRNZ.

Back-to-back inside days - volatility expansion is coming soon. 

The direction is to be determined. 

We all know the primary drivers in this space - Ondas, Unusual Machines, Red Cat - but there are new issues that have sneaked onto the scene. 

AEVEX is an armed drones manufacturer and mission operator based in Solana Beach, California. 

$AVEX went public April 20th and finished last Thursday’s session at an all-time high. 

The stock is down 11% pre-market following a public offering.

But if today’s pre-market lows hold, this dip may be a gift.  

Amprius Technologies - the drone battery manufacturer - is also shaping up well. 

This is a name we’ve traded in the past, and I’m dipping my toes off the open. 

We don’t have a tight entry, so appropriate position sizing is key. 

I did cut the majority of my Tesla position yesterday, and plan to increase my size in the drone leaders.
