Good morning folks — Happy Tuesday.
I hope you enjoyed the holiday break. I did!
I spent the weekend with my friends Brett and Susanne Conrad outside St. George, Utah. We ate steaks by the fire. It was perfect.
Time in Conradland always expands my thinking. Many of you know Brett from our Godspeed TV livestreams. During the trip, he and I recorded a fireside chat on The Aerial Economy. As a trader, entrepreneur, and pilot, Brett already lives in The Aerial Economy. I value his perspective tremendously. Our conversation will air soon.
I also want to give a special shoutout to Brett’s wife, Susanne. Most of you haven’t met her, but she’s superb! She worked at the Rocky Flats nuclear weapons facility in Colorado, served as Lululemon’s Director of Possibility, founded Lightyear Leadership, and wrote Get There Now.
The weekend reminded me why I love this work. Big ideas come alive when you sit with people who push the edge of what’s possible.
